euca2ools software package provides managing cloud instances for Eucalyptus, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install euca2ools
euca2ools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the euca2ools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep euca2ools *
You will get with euca2ools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
